I had chosen ACT Fibernet services when I moved into Electronic City, Bangalore in Jan 2021. But due to the second lockdown, I moved back to my hometown in April. Hence, I requested for suspension and disconnection of the wifi services. My first plan was of 6 months time period, which was prepaid. So in August once the plan expired, I notified them to disconnect my account, I also ended up not using 2 months worth data as I moved out of the city. But instead of disconnecting my account, they are updating my account with late payment charges and are mentioning in the mails that you have not renewed your plan as the reason. This is outright exploitation. I have very clearly asked them for disconnection, they cannot force me into it like this.
I request for necessary actions to be taken against this service company.
