    I purchased the act connection on 28.6.21

    My account No[protected]

    For 3 months in act storm 3m+wifi for
    Rs 4483
    Time duration from 28.6.21 to 28.9.21

    But without my knowledge my plan was changed on 31.8.21. I did not give any request to change the plan.New bill was given to me for the plan change and asking me to pay 158. Rs extra.
    How is that u change my plan without my consent

    I don't find any transparency in ur services and billing.

    I contacted the customer care to sort out the issue but worst response from customer care.

    Highly fed up with ur services.
    Please tell me the procedure for the disconnection o[censored]r broadband service.

          Relocation charges 650 added to bill

          I have recently changed my home so i had asked for relocating ACT fibernet connection. now when i placed the request there was no proper intimation from ACT team of how much will be charged, like tata sky or other companies do.. they will clearly mention 300 rs charges will be deducted.. ACT team has charged 650 rs and added in the bill. First of all the engineer did not even do anything cause the new place already had those wires and connectivity...

          WIFI not working

          My Wifi is not working and executive are not doing anything...In these WFH times these Act fiber is causing a headache...This is happening on regular basis..My registered number is [protected]...I want this issue to be resolved by today....

          My ACT user id[protected]
          This is my 4th complaint on the same issue. I have raised complaint on the network disconnection during power cuts. Service engineer confirms me every time that he has procured the backup equipment and closing the ticket.
          Till now this issue is not resolved.

          Due to this network disconnection during power cuts, I am getting disconnected from my important business calls.

          I want this issue to be resolved at the earliest. If it is not resolved, I will have to move out of ACT and go for the best service provider.

          I am totally frustrated with this type of service from ACT.

            Hi Team,

            Im a good customer to ACT since one year, how ever since yesterday it's stopped working and I tried to contact them n number of times and after 24hrs one technician came who name is Venkat and I'd is 15633, he was black mailing me stating that if you want net to work you have to put the the connection box at your home and have to pay the bill and in return we give 100rs as a complementary and even the service center is people or worthless and talking very conveniently to them they kept me to on hold since 30mints but did not connected to anyone
            Because of this people my work got stopped.

              Act fibernet has the worst internet connection they don't provide a proper internet service, every month my connection gets interrupted for more than a week and I won't have access to internet my wifi says connected without internet, how are we supposed to listen to online classes and stuff even the customer is worse, if any one is looking to get act fibernet please don't it's the worst

                ACT Fibernet Internet stops working when power goes off

                Hello

                This is regarding the issue with the power backup

                ACT fibernet claims to have battery backup of atleast 1 hr when power goes off. I have a UPS at home, but everytime power goes off my internet stops working. I have raised multiple tickets and everytime they say that they will install a battery which will provide atleast 1 hr backup. It has been close to 2 months and still act has not fixed the issue...

                Hi,
                Due to worst customer service and disconnection issue, i have deactivated the connection.i have paid for 3 months and deactivated on the first month so I am supposed to get 2 month refund (aug, sep) amd for this refund request created but everytime they mention router recollection is pending and close ticket.for router recollection the ticket is created on 3rd aug and no one is coming and taking router.after 15 time call to customer support they came and taken router and again the refund created but now they came another thing thatthe refund cannot be processed.SR[protected] ticket is closed 2-3 times mentioning the policy.if you are not providing the internet properly who ll take the service.even issue is still there we have enrolled for another 3 months but the internet didn't come properly the whole month and after complaining no one cares.after using act for 2 years...are you guys doing to the customer.
                Note:- your refund team is worst.they never talk to customer just close the ticket.please process my 2 months refund.

                      I took 6minth ACT Fibernet subscription on 17th January 2021and expiry was on 18th July.
                      By 17th July itself I have mailed them to deactivate my plan for which I got the reply on 21st july 2021 that they are proceeding with my request and apologies for delaying.

                      And later they said they are charging buffer amount of 296 rupees for 4days - which I didn't used.
                      Amd I have returned 4k set of box - from my 1000 rupees deposit- they detected without informing and remaining amout to have transferred to my ACT Fibernet account. They said they cannot transfer to my bank account and customer service not helping me to get my amount back.

                      Really disappointed to pay unnecessarily and not able to get my amount back.

                        Hi All,

                        I have been using Beam broadband (ACT Fibernet) since more than 8years.

                        I have been frequently facing internet connectivity issues and frequency is almost a new ticket every 10-15days. And I need to call customer care number multiple times (this is worst that calls never connect in a single attempt). I have asked for an escalation call from their team but every time a new agent check-ins and makes false promises/commitments.

                        One agent says escalation call request has been taken and I'll be receiving a callback. But i never received callback.

                        When I followup for the same again a new agent check-ins saying, no request has been raised for escalation call. I was surprised to hear that. The guy who spoke in morning said he raised request and the guy who spoke in evening said no ticket was raised and on my demand it was created over the same call.

                        I have sent multiple emails for nodalofficer.[protected]@actcorp.in and appellate.[protected]@actcorp.in but never received a convincing email/call. But everytime received similar response as apologize for inconvenience caused we will look into the issue.

                        Yes issue is resolved now after 2days of raising a ticket with ACT. But I have been facing issue with internet connectivity issues very frequently, almost 10-15days every time.

                        Service is very worst. Frequent fibrecut/port down/Switch issue etc etc.

                          I've been a customer of Act for more than 5 years for home and office... I've requested for temporary disconnection in May due to lock down but they have reactivated after a month without my consent. I've not used a single byte in last 3 months but they kept it activated and I have lost 3 months in that due to which they have suspended my account for bill due. Now I'm requesting for waiver but I'm unable to speak to anyone.

                            Regarding Internet Connection issues

                            Hello Sir/Madam,
                            I have recently Registered For Act Fibernet broadband Connection on[protected] Within two days the Installation and account activation was Done that is on[protected] From then on I'm facing connection issues, every time I try Accessing the Internet it says the Network has been Connected But No internet Access.

                            I have tried Contacting your support team from last 5 days But I Don't see any use in that...

                            I had chosen ACT Fibernet services when I moved into Electronic City, Bangalore in Jan 2021. But due to the second lockdown, I moved back to my hometown in April. Hence, I requested for suspension and disconnection of the wifi services. My first plan was of 6 months time period, which was prepaid. So in August once the plan expired, I notified them to disconnect my account, I also ended up not using 2 months worth data as I moved out of the city. But instead of disconnecting my account, they are updating my account with late payment charges and are mentioning in the mails that you have not renewed your plan as the reason. This is outright exploitation. I have very clearly asked them for disconnection, they cannot force me into it like this.
                            I request for necessary actions to be taken against this service company.

                              Internet is not working at all for more than 24 hrs, nobody responds to it.

                              Customer care people don't have clue on what is happening and who will be fixing it. We had a backend team number, when we called them they are saying, we do not have escalation team numbers and all.

                              Worst service, I strongly recommend not to use this service.

                                I have registered and disconnected my services from August 1st. Registered number [protected] from Hyderabad. But I have not yet received my refund. I have opened the complaint but they close it without any resolution. I was last told that they will process the refund in 7 days that was 2 weeks back. This has been the worst experience of customer service ever. I need my refund to be processed as soon as possible.
