ACT Fibernet — relocation request not attended (ticket raised on 21st march 2020) ended with loosing connection and i totally disagree with the refund amount.

It all started with relocation request ticket no.: sr[protected] raised on 21st march, which was not attended fro more than 2 and half months.
And on 31st march the ticket was closed with out any call/intimation, when checked with customer care they say network engineers have commented saying no open ports available to give connection. Network engineers should have called and informed the issue but they did not and closed the ticket.
Which led to disconnection of my account and i ended with loosing connection and

On june 9th 2020 i received a mail by act on refund amount, which i totally disagree

I have paid an amount of 6792 inr for 6 months plan stated on feb 25th 2020 and requested for relocation on march 21st 2020, data used is only for one month.

When i checked with customer care they told i will get the refund for the months that i lost during relocation request which was not atteneded by act fibernet team.

Now its more than a month checking with the act customer care for prompt refund of the rest of the amount. They answer saying will get a call back from refund team to resolve the issue. But till now have not received any call back from act refund team.

N no. Of tickets has been raised and were closed with out any intimation from act fibernet. Which totally disagree

I am looking forward for a prompt refund calculation for the months the data were not used and refund the same

This was the issue caused by the act network engineers who did not attended the relocation request for more than 2 and half months and with out intimation closed the ticket

I am a act fibernet customer for more than one and half year and did not expect this kind of service

1 relocation request was not attended for more than 2 and half months
2 relocation request ticket closed with out intimating the customer
3 not promptly calculating the refund amount
4 no call from refund team yet

Promptly calculate the refund amount and refund the rest of the amount.

Data used only one month out of 6 months plan

Every time it's said we are looking into this and the tickets will be closed with out any response /call

Have used data for only one month out of 6months plan.

Refund the amount for non usage months

The ticket was closed with out any resolution and had to reopen
