ACT Fibernet — relocation request not attended (ticket raised on 21st march 2020) ended with losing connection and i totally disagree with the refund amount

It all started with relocation request ticket no.: sr[protected] raised on 21st march, which was not attended fro more than 2 and half months.
And on 31st march the ticket was closed with out any call/intimation, when checked with customer care they say network engineers have commented saying no open ports available to give connection. Network engineers should have called and informed the issue but they did not and closed the ticket.
Which led to disconnection of my account and i ended with loosing connection and

On june 9th 2020 i received a mail by act on refund amount, which i totally disagree

"greetings from act fibernet team!!!
We have processed your refund amount through online charge back amount of inr. 2182.[protected] and the same amount will be credited to your account within 7 working days and your refund is against mq id: 102875xxxxxx"

Had a call with customer care executive.
Call was regarding the refund amount. Which i totally disagree,

Explained my issue on why i do not agree with refund.

Plan start date was 25th feb 2020 and the relocation request was raised on 21st march 2020 till that data was used for one month,
Later for next 2 and half months the relocation request was not addressed by the network engineers & no call on the same.
That means out of 6 months of my act internet plan (My act plan is act rapid plus 6m + 1m)
I used only one month for this plan and have paid inr. 6792.00rs

Means one month usage later relocation request not addressed no data usage during this period so 5 months amount to be considered for refund.

So i totally disagree with the refund amount of inr. 2182.[protected]rs

Customer care executive raised a back end request for the refund amount recheck for non usage months and told will get call back from refund team.

Revert back call by act fibernet team is a dream.!!

There is 'n' number of tickets raised under my act account id after the relocation request ticket dated 31st march 2020, most of the tickets were not resolved and will be closed with out intimation.

Conclusion: i totally disagree with the refund amount by act team and i want them to promptly calculate the amount that has to be refunded for the months that i have not used or inconvenience caused by them.

Act is showing up its poor quality of service!!

From 10th june daily i am calling act customer care support to check on the refund dispute ticket SR[protected] which was told that will be addressed by the refunds team and refund for non used months will be settled and next day i had a call with the act customer care support to check the status of the same. and on 11th this ticket was closed and reopened after i gave call back to check the status of refund which was not resolved.
but on 15th this ticket was closed with out any call back from the refunds team. so i called act customer care support to check on this and a new refund dispute ticket was raised SR[protected] saying the refund team will check on the refund dispute and the ticket has been prioritized and will receive a call back.

today 16th june called act customer care support to check the status of the ticket SR[protected]
till now no call from refund team

and act customer care support person told this issue will be escalated to the higher management to resolve it as early as possible

and will receive the call from refund team on the same with in next 24hrs

the ticket SR[protected] regarding refund dispute has been closed today 17th june 2020 with out any intimation or call back from the refund team,
had to call back customer care and check the status of the ticket, executive told ticket has been closed by refund team,
requested for reopening of the ticket SR[protected] and requested to promptly to calculate the refund amount that has to be refunded for the months that i have not used the data.

with respect to previous reply from "Team ACT Fibernet"
What do you mean by "We have put this on priority with our team." you mean to close the ticket with out resolving the issue on refund

the above ticket SR[protected] was closed by refund team with out any comment in the log under my account yesterday 17 june 2020 evening
and had to check with the customer care executive any updates on this ticket
since there was no update on refund amount, had to reopen the ticket again
and customer care executive told it will be prioritized and escalated to next level

till now no response from the ACT fibernet team

the ticket SR[protected] for refund dispute was closed by the act fiber net team with out intimation. got to know when i checked the status of this ticket with the customer care executive.

Had to again open a ticket SR[protected] for refund dispute on 19th june 2020, daily i am checking for the status with the customer care executive as per them i should get call from the refund team for the dispute in refund amount.
But till now have not received the call from Refund team,

this is the service customers get from the ACT fibernet team once the issue starts with there network or if any one request for relocation
(in my case raised a relocation request on 21st march 2020 and had to wait for more than 2 months, ended up with disconnection of account, with no intimation from the act fiber net team. i used the data for one month from 25th feb 2020 to 22nd march 2020 plan package was of 6 months paid 6792.00 RS out of that used only one month data that means refund amount should have been calculated for 5 month. but i got a refund of amount 2182.74rs which i do not agree with and want the rest of the amount to be refunded)

ACT team promptly calculate my refund amount and refund the rest of the amount.
