ACT Fibernet — Relocation request pending for over 20 days

Ticket (Sr[protected]) was raised on 29th may, 2020 and ticket shows expected resolution date as 5th june 2020, but apparently it’s not yet 5th june per act calendar. I have been calling the helpdesk everyday and everyday same promise that it will be taken care of in 24 hrs. I was told to make a payment for another 2200 for getting direct line as there is a live wire near my house because of which they will need to set this extra thing. This also has been paid and i have the receipt however it’s been days and the connection is yet to be transferred. I told the team multiple times that during this time when we have to work from home this is effecting me badly inspire of the fact that i am a prepaid customer who has a few months of prepaid money with act, this is the service i have been getting. The worst service ever and i want to let other users know not to opt for act ever as they seem to be a bunch of scammers cheating people.
