[Resolved]  ACT Fibernet — Removal of CX junction box

I have been a customer for ACT broadband for past 5 years and they had placed the CX junction box in my house 5 years back, I asked the Company to remove CX box in 2019 since I was planning to vacate the house. every time a ACT personnel will visit the box to add new connection he will promise the box will be removed with in 5 to 10 days but no action taken, So I disconnected my Act connection 3 months back so that they will remove the box still they have not taken any action even after repeated mails and calls to their customer care for past one and half year, I even visited their office but the action is not taken, every time they say it will be done soon I have waited more than one and half year. I am vacating my house now, I requested the removal soon but still they are not acting. This is causing me severe distress. I am paying the bill for the power supply to CX box even after disconnecting the services. They keep on saying they will take action and then they will close the the ticket, they do not provide any time frame for removal of box I had even requested them to come and talk to my house owner but they never will come and talk. and I nd up explaining my issue again and again over mails and customer care calls. This is how they are treating the 5 year old customer. This is causing me huge distress.
