Hi, Present am using Act Fibernet service. It is installed on 31st January, 2021. On February 1st a new bill generated to me with due date of 10th February. I have taken one month plan. It has validity upto 29th February. Today my internet service is disconnected due to pending bill of Rs 19/-.
On calling customer care, they said that I have validity upto 29th February. And I have pending bill of amount Rs 19/-. That's why they disconnected my service. And I asked them that I have validity upto 29th February, if I didn't pay Rs 19/- then you can disconnected on 28th February. Without answering further customer care disconnected my call. How silly it is disconnecting service for Rs 19/-, still I have 17days validity. I tried calling customer care numbers [protected], [protected], but there is also no response.
Although I have proceeded to pay that big amount (19rs), but in online unable to pay that amount. What to do now?. Through this consumer cell am requesting all users that don't take this Act Fibernet service, am suffering with their service since registration.
