I had initiated a disconnection request on Apr17. I got a call from an ACT representative([protected]), on Apr 19, where I was subjected to totally unacceptable and rude questions as to why I moved to some other provider, I do not understand who gave the representative the rights to say things like that. It is the customer's choice to switch to whatever service provider they want to at their discretion. Please advice your representatives to refrain from making some remarks on switching customers.

After the rude call, I called up another representative from ACT, to request them to remove the junction box, since my connection is already deactivated, I do not want to provide power supply to your junction box. Again no response.

I was told that ACT has "norms" which do not support refunds if disconnection is initiated in middle of the month. I am already incurring loss of close ~Rs.500, along with abusive words from your representative, I do not find any reason why I should endlessly wait for your staff to dismantle the junction box and power supply. I have "norms" not to support the same till end of this month since you have "norms" which do not allow you to refund.

I will go ahead and disconnect the power supply to the junction box, since I find it unnecessary to supply power to your junction box endlessly, when ACT does not even care to consider refund.

    Received payment overdue and service suspension message with wrong billing details even though payment was done well in advance.Also, very poor customer support and nonresolution after repeated tickets raised.

      Summary:
      1. 10 days extension on my service for the internet down that was fully avoidable and caused due to negligence and non-action.
      2. Details of their offer of 18% discount on bill + rs 50 per month

      Details:
      ACT has not properly compensated me for 10 days of outage (2nd April to 12 April).

      (Photo 1) Via official email, they have assured me rs 50 + 18% discount to fix the CX box in my house, but after fixing they have become silent and avoided this topic.

      (Photo 2) CX box about to be demolished. The old house owners had requested them for many months to remove the box, but they did not listen. Still we requested them and they were nice enough to stop the demolition and save your box. What a contrast of nature between them and you.

      Note: I had requested the for better compensation because my electrical scheme in ground floor is commercial and rs 50 per month is not enough, and i had asked for rs 100 per month. Also, as i had to take an unlimited mobile plan worth 399 during their 10 days outage, i asked for +1 month extension. But they have not even tried to negotiate, and instead they say they will not compensate anything! Amazing!!

      They refunded 10 days worth of balance in my account as credit, and spoke to me about it and how it works with my billing. I am willing to forego the topic of the CX box, but as a suggestion, i hope ACT fibernet can make things like the power rating and any power consumption testing data more public so we can be satisfied that the rs 50 you compensate is not insufficient.

        I asked for new connection on 7th April. Service guy came and promised that connection will be done within 2 days and i have to pay 2513 rs based on the plan I asked for. I paid the amount that time only through my paytm wallet.
        After 10 calls installation guy came and told me that there is no connection available so he can not do anything. So i asked for the refund.

        For refund i called ACT customer care on 12th april and raised a request. This is the SR[protected] request number assigned by them.

        I got a message saying ACT team will contact me for bank detail for refund and it will be done within 4 days.

        After 2 days i get message that my request has been closed. When i checked with customer care they said refund has been done. But i haven't received and single rupee in my account or paytm. I asked them to open the ticket again. Now they are asking that you send your transaction history to them. I have done that also. When i asked for transaction id then they didn't had any answer.

        Next day again they closed the ticket. This happened 2 times.
        For taking money they will come without call. And they will call you 10-15 times. but when it comes for refund then these people don't even check with customer if they received the refund or not. And when you call them they give silly reason that refund will take 15-20 days. I haven't seen anyone transferring money to my paytm wallet will take 20 days to reflect. Their customer service is pathetic. This is the last option i can think of.

        Recently I removed the router by your staff and they ask me to call customer care after 2 days...and exactly after two I called for refund purpose...they told me to deactivate the account first...when I check for deactivation there is no such thing as deactivation. So please kindly help me out.

          I had recently placed a request to change my plan from 6 months to month on month. The reason for the downgrade is because I want the invoice in my name but it was generated in my mother's name (Previous owner). The team said they cannot change the invoice to my name. Since its a 6 month plan, I requested it to be changed to monthly plan so that I can make the monthly payment and from next month onwards invoice will come in my name.

          Changing plan - Doesnt it sound simple. For the last week, nearly every day I am calling about this and they have taken an action to change the plan as of Apr 21st. But my last day to make payment is Apr 15. I cannot make the 6 month payment and I need to make the month on month payment. I have been calling several times to make the plan change immediately but still no response. On 16th my line will get disconnected. Please assist!

            Raise the request for name change almost 40 days before we called almost 8-10 times to the costumer care executive and they are nit able to resolve the issue ., don't know why, when we call they barrow some time unfortunately they will close the tickets without any discussion, like that they did twice still my issue persist.

            Sent a mail to appellant as well they also replying with draft massages only. I want to have a solution for same.

                SR[protected] was registered on 18-Mar-21 for the removal of junction box from the premises. After few days complaint was closed without my consent & box was not removed.
                SR[protected] was registered again for the same request on 23-Mar-21 & this time it was closed without my consent on 27-Mar-21, of course, without removing the junction box.
                SR[protected] was registered again for the same request on 05-Apr-21 & this time multiple promises with new ETA's each time were made but ultimately ticket was closed on 09-Apr-21 without providing the resolution. I immediately reached out to customer care & got the SR[protected] Reopened on 09-Apr-21. Meanwhile, I also wrote to Nodal officer on 06-Apr-21& have been trying to get satisfactory response since then but unfortunately, in all these days, not even a single time I got call from ACT team to provide an update or to remove the junction box.

                Yesterday, on 12-Apr-21, I have already requested for disconnection and ACT team is yet to respond on the same. I want my account to be disconnected & junction box and wiring to be removed, immediately.

                  I have ACT FIBER NET CONNECTION SINCE LONG TIME. six months back I have given a complaint that my internet connection was failed. after 2 days the ACT fiber net technician came to my house and told me that "a connection box should be installed in my house campus and should also have electrical connection and also he said that they will deduct Rs 50/- per month in the upcoming bill for using my home electricity. I agreed to that, Immediately they tightened the connection box and took electrical supply from my house. accordingly my internet connection comes. after 6 months i have received message for payment of Rs 4046/ without deducting Rs 300/-(ele charges Rs 50/-x6 months=total Rs300/-)
                  then everyday number of times i complain to the customer care centers but they could not give sufficient answer, and sent messages and voice messages that if i am not pay the entire bill amount the service of my net connection will be disconnected. From today they (ACT Fiber net)they are blocked my mobile calls also.when i called its display on my phone as "not respond time out" . I am ready to pay Rs 3,[protected]=3746)Kindly do the justice

                    My name is surendra kaitaapalli,[protected] I'm facing issues from day one 2018 to till date on paying the bill, power waiver, as I mentioned sent many mails and spoken to many customer care executives giving fake promises and closing the tickets like Bot.no use to talk with customers care executives hopeless and your nodal officer also is in Cc u can check below trail mail, no use, present issue is from 6+1 month pack oct 2020 to April 2021 no power waiver was revised even my location in box is port 1 I don't know why, my bill due date 15 of april, and im follow up in with your executives for power waiver how disgusting it this, you check in account details every 7 months I need to call your executives and follow up them, Is this is the way u treat the customers, I will wait till 10 EoD for revise the bill if it not happens means please take ur box and keep it some where else.

                    Worst customer service, why I'm saying this because I facing from last 5 days, I think there is no super visors no audit no manager's in your company no one monitor

                    I spoke to seven executives

                    1. Pavankumar : Issue not resolved promised to arrange call back from supervisor, as of now didn't received. ( within 4hrs)

                    2. Spandana : same she said im taking complaint on this issue we arrange a call back to you, as of now not received ( within4 hrs)

                    3.Ramani : she promised to arrange call back and not yet received, these guys are simply reopen the ticket EoD it is automatically closed.

                    4. Deva: This guy even not listen to my query and call disconnected from his end. Need to take action on this person at least try to listen the query.

                    5.Naresh : he didn't know any thing about plans and wavier, all the things asking me please give training, he also did the kept me.on hold and disconnected the call.

                    I'm follow up you team from April 2 onwards to pay the bill before due date please revise for 6+7 months, but they just credited 1 month ras 59, this is happening from 2018

                    Are your team and you guys are harassing me, I want permanent resolution on this issue not for every time I need to call for power waiver in future. If it not happens means please take ur box, I don't provide a single unit.

                          It has become a full time job now, to call ACT call center everyday for the issue.
                          The technicians keep closing the ticket promising resolution for the issue.

                            From past 2 months, this is some 10th time I've faced disconnection of internet. Whenever I call them, they'll tell "Junction box issue" and take days to fix it. I was done with it and told them to terminate my connection completely. Not once, but twice. But both the time they called me back and pleaded not to terminate the service and will rectify the issue asap. They gave a deadline of afternoon, by which they would fix it. Later postponed it to evening, and then to the next day. 2 days have passed, yet no updates. They aren't even ready to terminate the connection completely. What kind of service is this? I need an immediate response and compensation neither me or my family members have been able to use the internet for our WFH and online classes. We had to buy mobile internet packs as well which was of not much help considering how slow it is.

                              I want to deactivate my act fiber net acount as I am moving out of city to my village. But whenever I tried to call the customer care executive, they will disconnect the call immediately after I told them to deactivate.

                                end of march i have asked for account closure but after 1 day employe called me and told to ignore the bill.

                                But after the employee call i got the message like this "Thanks for chaning your decision to use our connection again" i have not changed my decision.

                                I have called many times but customer support is not at all responsive they are asking me to ignore the bills.

                                The customer support told me that if you close your account you will get the accoutn termination message but i have not recivied any message till now.

                                I request to close my account please.

                                    I am trying to raise my ACT transfer request from the application, but it's continuously saying "Something went wrong, try after sometime".

                                      I paid money on 26th March 2021 for package of 6 months ie.5270.Till now no connection was given and the people who called from act fiber they are saying that connection cannot be given we will refund the money but till now I didn't get any refund.
                                      Very poor service and process is also very slow late.

                                        1st port person switches devices off, I don't get to use internet on weekends & weekdays from 9PM till next day 10AM.
                                        Have raised several tickets, in spite of solving the issue ACT employees talk rudely or doesn't respond at all & closes ticket without consent.
                                        Dint expect this kind of service from ACT.
