I am writing this notice to bring to your attention an ongoing issue regarding the power charges for the internet box that I have been using, which provides internet connectivity to 6-7 other individuals whose cables are connected to the same box. I have been a loyal customer of ACT Fiber Net since December 26, 2020, and I have not received any waiver for the power charges during this period.
I have previously spoken to one of your executives regarding this matter, who informed me that the company could only offer a waiver for the last one year. However, I must insist that I require a waiver for the entire duration of 2 years and 5 months, as mentioned above. This is non-negotiable, as I have diligently paid the power charges for the internet box during this time. The executive said that you should have informed us earlier they cant do the waiver for that period now, they can do for last one year only but i have paid for the power charges i need the waiver for the period above i.e 2year 5months.
It is the responsibility of ACT Fiber Net to make the necessary adjustments in my bill to account for the waiver. Despite opening multiple tickets to address this issue, I have not received any information or resolution. This lack of response and closure of the ticket without notification has left me dissatisfied with the level of customer service I have received.
