During the meeting internet dropped, it's been more than 8 hours now issue not resolved. Unable to reach the customer service technician. People don't respond the call. Can't bank on the internet service. Very bad experience. Airtel is much better than this.

    I have asked new connection request on 19.04.23 and payment of 2391 INR was done on same day. ACT team never responded after payment and i have asked for refund of the payment on 23.04.23. Refund request was accpeted by my money is not refunded to me. My registered mobile number is [protected], my ticket number is SR[protected]

        Hi Sir, As per my plan I need to get Internet speed of 300 Mbps and I am getting very low like 150 - 225 Mbps and its getting fluctuated very frequently, raised a complaint service engineer came and conveyed to change the router WIFI 6 will support properly in my Ground Floor and First Floor, I am conveyed the same to ACT Billing team and they asked me to upgrade 400 Mbps plan then only they will provide me that router, Why do I need to change my plan because of their issue and I paid my annual subscription on yesterday, I need a refund of my paid money and they can detect my usage since I lost my trust with ACT Fibernet

        I am also let me know If I am not satisfied with your service and raised for disconnection, why they didn't detect how many months I have been used and return back the amount but customer care said no money will be refunded for volunteer disconnection, how pathetic the answer was it. Since I paid the annual plan and was not satisfied with the service will lose 11 months remaining money if I raised for disconnection?

          I took act connection in 2018, When I took the connection they gave a router which supports 40mbps.
          in 2020/2019 I upgraded the connection to A-1325 plan and which is of 300mbps plan. and they didn't suggest or propose to change the router.
          Even when we try to raise request in ACT app. it shows only 3 options to increase the speed. no one is related to according to Act Plan.
          There is no option in act plan also which suggests only particular routers work with particular plans.

          I was paying 1500rs per month from 3 years and now they are saying you should've upgraded your router when you upgraded your plan. this is not our issue.

          no one cared to point out when they are provided some sources they should also suggest the routers best fit.

          I really frustrated on ACT to not owning it. as I hardly stay at home or use. If any old people stay at home. they keep on charging 1500 without letting them know they are using the wrong router. until someone raises a request they won't even care about these.

          We consumers have to learn networking or help parents or grand parents to check internet speed or raise requests then they will suggest that you should've upgraded that time.

              I raised a request for disconnection of my account because of frequent network issues. I took a plan of 12 months and used 9 months there is additional 1200 rs present in my account, while talking to the support team they denied to refund this 3 months and the additional amount present in my wallet. I told that it’s not legal and I can take legal action if amount is not refunded but they said that you can take any legal action but we are not refunding the amount as we have not said earlier that we are going to refund the amount.

                The after sale service is very bad. I had been calling them and their representatives from past 1 and half month for shifting the connection. I have tried applying for shifting through the application too. But there is no one who is taking any action. I have paid for 6months but from past one month I couldn't use it coz no one is shifting my connection. For the new connection, they were fast enough to install. They installed in next day. But for shifting the connection they are least worried about the same. The numbers in which I have been constantly following up in the Act office are: [protected] and[protected]. They only keep delaying and they dont even pick up calls after a point and these were the same guys who installed the new connection in a day and now for shifting they are not even cared about.
                Very pathetic service.

                  My Pathetic experience with ACT Fibernet and How I am being CHEATED by them!
                  Applied for new connection and was cheated:
                  1)On Router: Promised to provide free router TPLinkC5. But provided some cheap brand and was bluffing that this is more costlier than the promised TPLinkC5 router - raised tickets SR[protected], SR[protected] - and were closed without any proper resolution.
                  2) On Installation: Gave TEMPORARY installation/connection on 22March2023 and was promised to fix the cables in couple of hours by brining the necessary cables, they just marked in tool saying installation is complete. Today is 04April2023, called more than 10times their customer care, and installation agent more than 15times since past 2weeks but NO use. Created ticket SR[protected](Still Open for more than 8days), SR[protected](Closed without any resolution/reason). Act is just looting me for all these days since 22March without properly providing the connection.
                  Each time I call customer care, they are bluffing that issue will be resolved in just an hour. That hour has not yet come since past 4days!

                              It's been almost a year since I've started using ACT and everything was going fine until a few months back when they started showing huge amounts of data usage which I hardly use...its almost upto 20-30GB per day...I called the customer care a few times and they said they would get back to me but they haven't.I've got the 500GB per month plan for 7 months and now I'm stuck using this service unwillingly...I don't think I can even get a refund.this is just absurd

                                  My daily morning routine to get the internet working - call, message and email to customer care, local guys, nodal officer.

                                  Call support: apologize for inconveniences give us 1 more chance we'll get it resolved in 2hrs.

                                  E-mail - we appreciate the patience, escalation team is working on a priority basis.

                                  Local guy - Sir it tok me 3 hrs to get it fixed.

                                  Still after all the assurances, appologies and Wordplay; am still getting the orange light (no internet) daily.

                                  What's the point of paying if am not getting the services I paid for?

                                  And I get the Bill notice by message or robocall (of 1200+) 15 days prior to the due date.

                                    I have been facing issues with Act fibernet since a few months.
                                    I have been raising complaints ever since and no issue was resolved soon.
                                    They have taken hours to solve a simple network issue, and have consciously been exceeding the given estimated time to resolve.
                                    I have contacted the customer service multiple times, and the only thing they say is "Sorry for the inconvenience, we will resolve the issue soon" (which never happens)
