I have been facing internet problems for 2 months now. Innumerable calls to customer care with false promises everytime. They even took money to replace the modem, but neither did we get the modem nor any resolution from them. And whenever we call the customer care they never forward the call to any manager or higher authority, and keep giving false promises.
2 months is a very long time to solve any issue, atleast provide the money...

Hi am ACT Fibernet consumer and been using this connection for past 23months my user id is[protected].
Recently i had a situation to shift to new place which is barely few streets away.

Made payment on time but late fee charged because act did not received it and amount debited from bank and when payment made again after ticket resolved then their is a late fee because it was after the due date. I have been trying to get act to remove the junction box from my house which is utilising my electricity. I have made 4 calls so far and written numerous mails to the customer service team, nobody has come home to remove it. I am using act broadband connection and write now connection with my wife name and i requested to change wife name to my name

For that i called to customer care and they told me that it will charge 600 rs/- and taking 7 working days to reflect the changes so it's basically new connection only.

This is very bad service for existing customers.

I have raised 7 consecutive tickets in past 20 days with connectivity loose stating server is down without any notification . its been 48 hours since i have raised a complaint where the SLA is 24 hours stiill no resolution .
