ACT Fibernet — Request for monthly receipt is pending for 1 month and irresponsible answer at customer care

I used to pay 6 month once and the invoice provided does not have monthly break up. Normally any service provider gives monthly receipt so that it can be claimed at office, if required. I had raised request with customer care for monthly receipt for December 2022 billing cycle. The request is pending almost for a month. When I call customer care, they do not even speak to me.
1] Undue delay in response time
2] very poor customer care service (in bound voice call) they simply put the call on hold at the cost customer
