ACT Fibernet — request for shifting and then disconnect

Hi,
I raised request for shifting broadband connection on 5th may 2019, but it is not finished after daily follow up. I raised request for disconnection on 18th may, they said our finance guy will call you for full and final settlement. It 1st july still i haven't receive any response from this guy.

As I have already paid for monthly bill but you people are contacting me to pay bill for the other 12 days which I don’t need. So it is your responsibility to disconnect the connection after the 1st . Instead of doing that you started asking to pay the bill for 12 days and it is not correct.
