ACT Fibernet — Return of Router & getting my refund

Hi Team, i have disconnected my internet connection of Act Fibernet since 2 weeks & since 7 days i am following up with Act team to get a technician assigned for router pickup and give my refund but nothing is happening till now. Even their escalation team call back is not coming which is promised by their customer care. Till date only one time i got call from escalation team promising that by next day 2 pm router pick up will be done & refund will be given but only got call from technician who never showed up.

Hi team my complaint was registered on 17th Oct 2022 towards router surrender post which till one month no technician came to my house for router recovery. There is an technician name hariharan who was suppose to come for router pickup but he never turned up at my place post multiple time matter was escalated on customer care of act. Almost every day I kept calling act team for my router surrender and refund. One of their guy than told me you can visit neatest act centre and surrender router. Today 20th November 2021 I had returned router to their act btm office bangalore and requested for my refund, an customer care guy name sudarshan cross questions me that sure router is surrender than I had to make him on call with act counter guy at btm office. An ticket was raised later by him for router refund of 3 k, suddenly in evening I get message that ticket has been closed without any discussion with me or giving my refund. When I called up their customer care they told me it would be by mistake and need 1 day to check, I am attaching numbers of calls made to act centre but every day tat was 1 days or four hours but nothing happens. Today my ticket raised clearly quoted that within 7 working days the refund would be given to my account but suddenly today closing service request or ticket has clearly goofed me up about the behaviour. Plus I wrote multiple time on linked to sunder Raju but nothing happened there as well, how is the behaviour of not only staff but also the boss. Very pathetic. I am attaching router surrender bill and rest proofs

Till now I am only getting one feedback technician is assigned and customer care will try to resolve in a day. My ticket of router recovery is open since 17th Oct and today I am in November no resolution is coming up. Today a technician named hariharan is assigned but no call or sign of that person is yet seen by me
Till now no one from escalation team is calling back or even called up customer care no one Is bothered to pick up call and if picks up call have standard reply that escalation team will back in 30 minutes but that never happened. Plus no technician is yet assigned to me for this purpose. Attaching screenshot of number of calls done but still no resolution has come.
