ACT Fibernet — Return of Router & getting my refund | |
Hi Team, i have disconnected my internet connection of Act Fibernet since 2 weeks & since 7 days i am following up with Act team to get a technician assigned for router pickup and give my refund but nothing is happening till now. Even their escalation team call back is not coming which is promised by their customer care. Till date only one time i got call from escalation team promising that by next day 2 pm router pick up will be done & refund will be given but only got call from technician who never showed up. Till now no one from escalation team is calling back or even called up customer care no one Is bothered to pick up call and if picks up call have standard reply that escalation team will back in 30 minutes but that never happened. Plus no technician is yet assigned to me for this purpose. Attaching screenshot of number of calls done but still no resolution has come.
