Refund has not done yet

I took 3m broadband plan from act after making payment they assured us that they are going to install broadband setup with in 2 days. Yesterday act network agent called me and informed that they are unable to install broadband because of loc issue. They told us to request reimbursement. We trying to contact from yesterday for reimbursement now they are not picking the call. They don't have minimum sense. Worst service provider ACT...

The internet connection goes off very often for around 3 to 4 times a month and takes about 24 hours to resolve it. Worst customer service....

Incompetent service with high subscription ACT charges

Address:14th Main, Banashankari 2nd stage, Bangalore

I live in Banashankari 2nd stage (Bangalore) using ACT broadband internet for past 2 years. I am frustrated to be stuck with ACT's incompetent service. Their availability and uptime is pathetic with frequent outages. Their Nodal and Appellate teams never address the root cause and always do a cover-up on service unavailability complaints.

Besides frequent outages due to ACT's own internal network faults, they do not provide...

UNHAPPY with the Service!!!

Very DISAPPOINTED with the service.
I could not work for 3 days in 2 weeks duration. i had to apply leave and sit idle.
i have raised the Service Request SR[protected] on Oct4 morning at around 7:30 AM and i got the service message stating my issue will be resolved on 10/05/2021 08:00:00 pm
if i say the same to my management, will they believe?

i need to pay the bill on time otherwise 50 rs fine. i...

We have started construction at my place, so I have requested the act fiber team to remove the box from my location.

It's been more than a week, no person from the actcorp have visited my premises yet.

It is so frustrating to stop my construction because of the act server box at that...

Refund not received

I have requested ACT Fibernet to disconnect my connection in month of May, it got disconnected but still I didn't receive the refund amount. I'm following with ACT customer care from past 4 months, but I never got proper response from them. Sometimes ACT Fibernet customer care will pickup the call and put it on hold for long while. Please take necessary action and get my refund amount back....

Disconnection of ACT Fiber Internet connection

I have raised request (Ref. SR[protected]) to disconnect the ACT Fiber internet connection. but as of now no response from Act team. Next bill is going to generate soon and we are not in a position to pay the amount due to financial problems.

Please be requested to consumer complaints forum to disconnect the connection.

Internet disconnected frequently

Inspite of complaining and informing ACT customer service, internet gets disconnected very frequently in Iyyapanthangal, Paraniputhur, Srinivasanagar area.. Either they say TNEB has cut down the ACT broadband wires or they say server issue but resolution takes more time and Office work (Work from home) and Children Online studies are affected to a great extent..

ACT is very irresponsible internet service provide and worst customer...

Act fibernet refund issue

Hello Sir/Madam, I have requested for refund issue to ACT internet team after disconnecting services on 9-Sept-2021. Also send couple of mails to seek the support and resolve but till now refund was not processed.

FYI, internet connection setup on 1-July-2021 and internet not working from 28-Aug-2021, connection disconnected on 9-Sept-2021.

Amount paid to ACT internet via online payment of Rs.3245/- and refund...

ACT fiber net services are not good, I called customer care, they told me every time within 4 hours we will solve your problem but not response 27th sep2021 to still, what a service?

The Month After Exhausting The Monthly Data Limit, We Have Purchased Act Flexi Byte Extra Data Worth 599/- And The Same Was Not Reflected Into Our Account. We Have Purchased This On 19sep, 2021. We Have Filed A Complaint With The Act Fibernet Customer Service Regarding The Same But The Issue Is Still Not Solved, It Is 29th Today

Worst Customer Service ever, and very rude towards customer

ACT Fibernet customer service is worst. I am placing disconnect request for three months now. I been constantly calling via toll-free number 'they say that they raised the token'. I even contacted local sales head who installed broadband, no response till now. Today the person spoke on customer service is very rude and hangup the phone while I was talking, after that I tried so many time and not able to connect any executive. I been paying...

Hello Consumer complaint team,

I wish to complain about ACT fibernet service. I have shifted to a new location in bangalore but there was no ACT feasibility so ACT customer care confirmed that I will be receiving a refund and recovery team will call me to collect a Router within 24 hours. Once it is collected, refund will be initiated but from past 22 days no one has called me. Below is the list of complaint # details so far....

Refund not received

Address:#25, 5th cross, Vaderahalli Layout, Lakshmipura Cross,, Vidyaranyapura post

On[protected]:12:41, paid 1, 931/- for a new ACT internet connection under enquiryID:[protected]. A couple of people visit my premises the next day & told me they need to install a fiber switch & never visited back.
On 23rd September 2021, called customer care & SR[protected] was logged to refund the connection amount paid.
However, I haven't received any call or refund & the ticket has been closed on September 24th...

Severe delay in resolving issue

The internet cable connecting to my house is cut. A formal ticket has been raised on the 21st of September. It's the 24th and there is no action taken by the 'customer support' team. So far I've spoken to two people and all they have done is given me false promises. I also spoke to a 'team lead', unfortunately he seemed to be in a hurry and didn't pay attention to what I was saying. Since I'm unable to get through to the ACT team and run...
