you can check all my call logs, i have raised a disconnected request after got refund conformation from your executives, but dont know now what happened why they are blaming me

i have asked and took two times conformation with their customer care executives they clearly told, refund will automatically credited to your account once disconnected, its already one week gone, i am raising ticket and they are closing with out solution, now they are saying"we dont know who told you about refund" its really strange we called their customer care number and spoke to them but these people dont know about their customer care number.
i have taken one year package and i have the balance of 5081rs approx, but now they are playing with irresponsible games, am the customer since 2014 ( its old name Beam tel).
one week back some one called and talked very rashly, he dont know abou thier " customers executive are talking with thier customer care numbers only, he said dont know who spoke with you, we dont know from which number they called"
its really very worst worst service they are giving,
