      I am permanently relocating to Delhi and asked for refund for the unused 4 months as I have paid for 6 months, but your team from act vijayawada, they disconnected my network today and saying that refund is not possible. I have used my network for 2 months and asking you to give back my refund for unused days and you are refusing it, is it soo weird ?

        I took Act fibernet connection as 3 months advance rental plan and used it almost an year, later I decided to disconnect it. I called ACT Customer care multiple times to disconnect.
        Later I received a bill, I called again then they told that thier billing cycle is post the end date of my 3 months end date and that's why the bill is generated and I must pay else they will take legal action, they spoke rudely disrespectfully and started lying that I never requested for disconnection but only enquired. They told the time between my 3 months end date and thier billing cycle is when I must pay to keep my connection active, I didn't paid /recharged because I didn't wanted to continue and their customer service never told me that they will generate bill.

        Later after gettig so much torchered, threatened and getting abused by Act calling, I cleared the bill and requested for disconnection but they offered upgraded plan with same rental, I told I will think and get back.

        They went ahead and activated my connection and when I called them for disconnection and refused to the upgraded plan, they told I need to pay again because connection is active from 7th and I took 2 days to think and reply about Disconnection.

        This is how they cheated me last time also by not telling that they will keep billing me and won't disconnect the connection.

        Please help I dipperesed, humiliated, conned, cheated and feeling fooled by Act fibernet customer service people, they hide information and then threatened people to take leagal action. When I told I will do a police complain they openly tell go and complain and disconnected the call.

        I tried my best to resolve the issue by sending multiple emails and multiple calls but they always cheat . Attached is the copy of bill I paid because the forced and torchered me

          ACT is a disgusting service. They do not understand pain or care for customer's concern. They take money and do not provide reliable service.

          Taking monopoly for granted. Shame on ACT Fibernet.
          It is the same story in Banashankari 2nd stage Bangalore since 2018. Irresponsible company ACT Fibernet. SR[protected]

            I wanted to cancel my subscription as I am moving my location ( permanent relocation) …..I have made my payment for 6 months and has been used for 2 months . Wanted my refund amount for 4 months . Tried contacting act Fibernet office Vijayawada, but the response is nil.

              Repeated service outages of internet service do not mean anything. Complaints since last 2 years have not resulted in any improvements.

              This team claims no responsibility for refunding prorated subscription charges when they have outages that last 12-20 hours. Families dependent on internet are left at their mercy.

              Shameful attitude of ACT Fibernet Appellate and Nodal teams taking their monopoly in or area for granted.

              One thing ACT staff is trained to do is write these meaningless "regret" and "apology" messages. Or maybe they are automated bots sending bogus apologies.

              ACT's internet service standard is extremely poor and low. Your attitude that a customer doesn't deserve a refund even when he suffers an outage for several hours (10-20 hours) during the day incurring a loss of work shows how low your standard is.

              Here is the latest outage since yesterday morning: SR10263451834814. Last week's outage: SR10263334234024

              Week after week, there is an outage. Unethical and unprofessional.

But you have sent me a Msg that if the payment is not done on[protected] the service was suspended and accordingly the service was suspended by 7 pm on[protected]. Let me know the reason and resolve the problem and also extend these two days of suspended period to my connection.

                  I have been ACT user for more than 5years, I have raised ACT Fibernet disconnection request as they are frequesnt disconnections (monthly 1 to 3days downtime) on 2nd Nov Ref No SR[protected], ideally as per thier website they should contact in 48hours but I got a call on this request on 7th Nov at 3:19 pm IST. While I was speaking on the call, I informed them to disconnect but disconnection support team spoke rudely and asked me to the money for month advance when I denied they started speaking rudely. Later I got a message stating that I have changed my decision ie., to continue ACT service and they resolved the ticket . I reponed twice as they repeated same thing.
                  I called multiple times, they say they connect call to disconnect team but they dont even speak and later close my request stating I have changed my decision.

                  This is FRAUD, pathetic customer service. They are cheating that I have changed my decision to continue to my service when I actually raised ticket to disconnect on 2nd Nov, now they keep my call on hold or do not pick my call at all.

                    I'm using Actfiber net since 1year... Every month thrice I raise complain regarding network connectivity issues. No permanent fixation of issues. Reckless response from customer service. They only require Customers money but literally they don't serve customer satisfaction. Worst network in the world I can say. Customer support team is just a robot they say same words every time. Act fiber net is only a showoff. Don’t ever choose act Fiber Net, it's only a worst service provider.

                      Iam not a subscriber of the act connection and no one is in our building and is consuming power I want to get rid of the box as the service guy enters premises without our knowledge and is not right if the junction box is not removed within 2 to 3 days I would be forced to take measures

                        I have ACT customer care several times to install a junction box in our house as my internet is frequently getting disrupted but they said to contact technician
                        yesterday my internet stopped working and it is 3rd time in two weeks and I asked the technician to install a junction box in my house but he said we cannot install it for a single person.
                        Even though the internet issued getting resolved but again the issue is getting resurfaced
                        So, I request the ACT team to resolve my issue as soon as possible

                          Huge charges on Shifting of connection

                          Hi am ACT Fibernet consumer and been using this connection for past 2 years my user id is[protected].

                          Recently i had a situation to shift from one block to other block in the same Apartments.

                          So i raised a ticket on Customer care for shifting purpose and there were least response on the first hand and next very shocking fact is that the shifting amount they charge(400 rupee) on the customer is really very high.br...

                              Hi, I was using ACT fibernet till Feb 2020 and requested permanent disconnection on Feb 2020.. ACT is drawing electricity from my house for thier junction box and I was given 50 rs discount every month. I have asked ACT to stop drawing electricity from my home after disconnection.

                              ACT has confirmed my connection was terminated and they will remove junction box from my home..

                              I have moved to another home on Feb 2020 and moved back to this house again in sept 2021. I requested new ACT connection on sep 2021, but they said they will activate my old connection.

                              After connection was activated I got first month bill on which I was again given 50 rs discount for electricity.. when asked ACT about the same, they confirmed thier junction box is connected to my house for 16 months without my permission. I asked them why they are stealing electricity from my house, they simply said it was mistake and it won't happen again.. no apology or anything from them..

                                Every month my internet gets disconnects for minimum 5-6days. No matter what the team in bahadurpura area never resolve issue properly.
                                Biggest problem they never work on the ticket on time never ever happen since i have taken connection sometimes i have to literally beg them to resolve my issues. Even though ticket is raised the technician in this area are least bother to resolve it because they simply dont care and they are least bother on customer satisfaction……..its been more than 11 months since i have taken this internet but not a single month i have felt good about there service. So i am raising this issue in this forum so that somebody can take the action against the team

                                  Return of Router & getting my refund

                                  Hi Team, i have disconnected my internet connection of Act Fibernet since 2 weeks & since 7 days i am following up with Act team to get a technician assigned for router pickup and give my refund but nothing is happening till now. Even their escalation team call back is not coming which is promised by their customer care. Till date only one time i got call from escalation team promising that by next day 2 pm router pick up will be done & refund...

                                  i have asked and took two times conformation with their customer care executives they clearly told, refund will automatically credited to your account once disconnected, its already one week gone, i am raising ticket and they are closing with out intimation, now they are saying"we dont know who told you about refund" its really strange we called their customer care number and spoke to them but these people dont know about their customer care number.

                                  i have taken one year package and i have the balance of 5081rs approx, but now they are playing with irresponsible games, am the customer since 2014 ( its old name Beam tel).

                                  one week back some one called and talked very rashly, he dont know abou thier " customers executives are talking with thier customer care numbers only, no other people using thier customer care number, he said dont know who spoke with you, we dont know from which number they called"

                                  its really very worst worst service they are giving,
