I'm using Actfiber net since 1year... Every month thrice I raise complain regarding network connectivity issues. No permanent fixation of issues. Reckless response from customer service. They only require Customers money but literally they don't serve customer satisfaction. Worst network in the world I can say. Customer support team is just a robot they say same words every time. Act fiber net is only a showoff. Don’t ever choose act Fiber Net, it's only a worst service provider.

Yes, ACT Fibernet's service standards are low and poor. Rain or shine, they have an outage.

    Iam not a subscriber of the act connection and no one is in our building and is consuming power I want to get rid of the box as the service guy enters premises without our knowledge and is not right if the junction box is not removed within 2 to 3 days I would be forced to take measures

      I have ACT customer care several times to install a junction box in our house as my internet is frequently getting disrupted but they said to contact technician
      yesterday my internet stopped working and it is 3rd time in two weeks and I asked the technician to install a junction box in my house but he said we cannot install it for a single person.
      Even though the internet issued getting resolved but again the issue is getting resurfaced
      So, I request the ACT team to resolve my issue as soon as possible

        Huge charges on Shifting of connection

        Hi am ACT Fibernet consumer and been using this connection for past 2 years my user id is[protected].

        Recently i had a situation to shift from one block to other block in the same Apartments.

        So i raised a ticket on Customer care for shifting purpose and there were least response on the first hand and next very shocking fact is that the shifting amount they charge(400 rupee) on the customer is really very high.br...

        I humbly request that my name is Shahbuddin (mob.no.- [protected]) I bought Airtel fiber Internet connection (Ankleshwar Dubey from distributor Kushinagar Uttar pradesh-274402) on 25 October and also paid Rs.2829 on the same date (TRANSACTION iD : T[protected]) to me The day they gave the connection was told the speed of 100MBPS and I am getting the speed of 5MBPS/10MBPS there is no answer on the phone I am troubled for eight days. Please disconnect our airtel fiber connection and get my money refunded. The applicant will always be grateful to you.

          I am unable to use my CCTV system since ACT have kept this locked, numerous requests have been made. Every time they mention to call back, but later close the complaint without taking any action.

            Hi, I was using ACT fibernet till Feb 2020 and requested permanent disconnection on Feb 2020.. ACT is drawing electricity from my house for thier junction box and I was given 50 rs discount every month. I have asked ACT to stop drawing electricity from my home after disconnection.

            ACT has confirmed my connection was terminated and they will remove junction box from my home..

            I have moved to another home on Feb 2020 and moved back to this house again in sept 2021. I requested new ACT connection on sep 2021, but they said they will activate my old connection.

            After connection was activated I got first month bill on which I was again given 50 rs discount for electricity.. when asked ACT about the same, they confirmed thier junction box is connected to my house for 16 months without my permission. I asked them why they are stealing electricity from my house, they simply said it was mistake and it won't happen again.. no apology or anything from them..

              Every month my internet gets disconnects for minimum 5-6days. No matter what the team in bahadurpura area never resolve issue properly.
              Biggest problem they never work on the ticket on time never ever happen since i have taken connection sometimes i have to literally beg them to resolve my issues. Even though ticket is raised the technician in this area are least bother to resolve it because they simply dont care and they are least bother on customer satisfaction……..its been more than 11 months since i have taken this internet but not a single month i have felt good about there service. So i am raising this issue in this forum so that somebody can take the action against the team

                Return of Router & getting my refund

                Hi Team, i have disconnected my internet connection of Act Fibernet since 2 weeks & since 7 days i am following up with Act team to get a technician assigned for router pickup and give my refund but nothing is happening till now. Even their escalation team call back is not coming which is promised by their customer care. Till date only one time i got call from escalation team promising that by next day 2 pm router pick up will be done & refund...

                i have asked and took two times conformation with their customer care executives they clearly told, refund will automatically credited to your account once disconnected, its already one week gone, i am raising ticket and they are closing with out intimation, now they are saying"we dont know who told you about refund" its really strange we called their customer care number and spoke to them but these people dont know about their customer care number.

                i have taken one year package and i have the balance of 5081rs approx, but now they are playing with irresponsible games, am the customer since 2014 ( its old name Beam tel).

                one week back some one called and talked very rashly, he dont know abou thier " customers executives are talking with thier customer care numbers only, no other people using thier customer care number, he said dont know who spoke with you, we dont know from which number they called"

                its really very worst worst service they are giving,

                      My daily data usage and the cumulative data usage is not matching with the data available on the act fibernet app. So each month I am reaching the data usage limit and had to buy the flexbites to continue using the internet with better speed.

                      I can't reach out to customer care for this data accuracy as there is no available option. On top of it I am getting calls to upgrade my plan. I have been with Actfiber for more than 10 yrs but support front still I am not happy.

                        Plan details 75mbps 6 months (5+1)

                        They told me to choose between router
                        Tp link archer c5 / archer c20

                        Cost c5 1699 rs, . c20 999 rs

                        I chose archer c5 ( Plan and router details in photo attached)

                        During installation they gave me router tp link archer c20 ( photo attached)

                        I complained about this to coustomer care numerous times since 2 months from my install date but they never responded never replaced the router

                        Pls resolve this issue asap

                        technician visited my house they told they will either replace router or refund the excess amount for the router but still no response from them

                          Hi I have a issue with act it's been 4 days I tried everything like calling customers care and droping zonal office mail etc but not response, being corporate employee I have faced a bad experience with act from 4 days I had a los of pay for reason internet is not working please do the needful ... Hyderabad account number[protected], without customers information tickets gets close by engineer and automatically new ticket wil be raised ... I dnt knw what's monitoring is doing by management over their employees for the satisfaction of customers...bad bad experience

                            Hello Team,

                            I have recently renewed my plan however, when I called customer care about speed issue they said that my router is not supported with 75 Mbps plan and it supports only 40 Mbps hence, i requested for change plan but they denied and not willing to change the plan.

                            When I am not using 75 Mbps plan than why should I Pay for that plan.

                            Even I am not asking for refund only to change the plan.

                              This is with regards to an internet connection, Issue is not yet resolved. I have raised multiple requests but no use

                              SR[protected] - Box has been removed from my place and set up at another house, they have not given connection to my house, when the box is there at my place, the connection was given to him but now the team is saying we cannot give connection to my house.

                              SR[protected] - When I have raised this ticket that the internet is not working they have said that there is no availability of net connection at my place when the main cable of my wire is going from my house

                              SR[protected] - I have raised this ticket again that the internet is not working, should see what will be the response.

                              Is this the service that customers should be treated for if you are able to give the connection? tell it at the front and remove my connection and refund my amount back and the main cable which is going from my terrace should be removed.

                                What you guys thought about customers, have raised the request on 26 sept 2021 for disconnection and it got disconnected and have returned OTT box by 7 th oct and on 14th Oct they itself reconnected and if I call now they will say there is no refund process and have again raised for disconnection, what the hell you guys thought about the customers are you playing this 420 game? You people already loosing the business if I won't get my refund I'll teach you guys a lesson

                                    On 2/10/2021 I called act fibernet for connection and they said installation charges are free so we opted for act rush plan which is 800 rupees but with tax we paid 974 and they activated our account 4th October. Now I recieved a mail stating there is a due of 370 and due to non payment of that amount my account got suspended. In act app that amount was charged for installation. When I tried to call the one who activated my account he is not responding. His Phone number is [protected]. Customer care also not picking. My connection number is[protected] . I can't attend today's class because their incompetence. I have exams tomorrow.kindly respond quick. Or I have to move to court. My number [protected].
