I have been chasing for the router delivery past 10 days plus and i have not yet received any update or status on my ticket.
What worries me and embarrassing is no one from the ACT fibre team called or bothered to inform me the reason for delay or atleast sharing the status.The Customer service has no full information and all they mention is the issue will be resolved by 24 hours which has now become a joke.
i subscribed for 12 months package and paid around 12k plus to ACT and i am not expecting such a lag to the customer who is been associated with them past 10 years plus. Was this information helpful? |
