I have been a customer for 4 years and enjoyed your service from yesterday I was facing issues like internet not working and raised a ticket for the following .I even paid a deposit of 1000 rs for router at the time.When technician visited they said that router is having port issue .I asked them to replace the port/router after a talk with customer care now the customer care team is telling me that they cannot replace it with a new router only a refurbished router will be provided and raised a disconnection request for the same as a service provider you are holding my deposit amount plus not even providing a viable alternative a refurbished one can have more issue's in near future
