Hello all,
I have registered multiple complaints with act for frequent disconnections and speed drop issue. I have an 100 mbps plan but i always get speed of 1-2 mbps with frequent disconnection. I have raised more than 100 complaints so far and everytime they close the case as resolved. The only mistake i have done is i paid advance rent for 12 months and now act is treating me like a beggar.
I am facing the above stated issues since past 6 months still there is no resolution. They simply close the case as resolved. I have tried reaching to nodal officers and appelate authority but they have been dumb and deaf.
I need a refund of my entire money else i will have to escalate this even further and file legal action against act for looting and cheating the customers. Act account #[protected]
