ACT Fibernet — service not given on time and unethical behaviour | |||
L requested for new connection on 16 th may with in half an hour one person came for payment and told i will get connection in 24 hrs and next day another person came to dropped a cable wire and mention that it will be activated by the end of the day and i will receive sms with username and password till 28th may my account was not activated i did call to customercare several times but no proper solution. On 28th may afternoon one technician came and confirmed there is no space in the box to give a new connection. I requested to refund my money on 28 th may and send an email regarding this to them. On 30th i called them back and ask for refund then only i got the connection. They know there is no port for new connection but still just wasted my time and i lost my freelance job for not to deliver my project on time. Why they didn't told me before hand that they cant provide it so i can find other ways to finish my job. I do need penalty for the loss and also i don't want others to suffer like me, please take an action on this. Was this information helpful? | |||
