[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — Service provided | |||||
I have taken an ACT connection plan of 50 Mbps 60 GB plan and during the same i was assured regarding the speed stating that they were Fibre net. This is second time in a week wherein speed of the net has gone to 0.23 Mbps and even after repeated calls to customer care this issue persists. In addition as per the service provider they have upgraded their system after which the speed is very slow and to reach out to their customer service it is very difficult since the call never gets connected since it is always busy and there is no alternative number to reach out. Please note that this is not a free service that is being provided we need to pay the monthly rental on a pro-dated basis before using the service and this is the service quality. Complaint number in regard to this issue is [protected] and i had received a message from ACT stating that within 48 hours the issue would be sorted out. 48 hours is a long time since we do not use the internet for entertainment purpose. Will ACT take all the loss and time lost i have incurred due to this issue. They would not provide me a service if i am 48 hours delay in paying the bill. Was this information helpful? | |||||
