Dear team,

It was my mistake to pay for 6 months. please refund else give me reasons in writing so that i can submit it while filing a consumer case.

Pathetic service in hyderabad, the understanding of customer service agents is beyond imagination. my complaint started right from the day 1, they are so many actually which is listed here.
1st. i moved to a new building and called #actcorp for a #newconnection line was always busy, sent several sms and no response. finally after 2 weeks of my request i got new connection with account no[protected].
2nd. there was an old cable connection in the building, so my request was not to levy installation #charges, they told it's #mandatory as they will give me new line with new cable. only to avoid installation i had to go for #6monthplan and after payment, your team gave me userid and password and requested to use the same line with old cable. which is really #unproffessional.
3rd. since 1st week itself the connection was #frequentlydisconnected. i don't understand what your team understands for the same. they never sent anyone to check it, coz the amount of time sense your #technician has. they tried to save their time by not visiting.
4th. as many as 10 times in the same #week i called and it was really hard for me to make your amazing #customercare understand that, my connection was frequently disconnected. that means sometimes i was connected to internet and sometimes i was not. and your team needed exact time of disconnection and connection to document. serious time sense. my mistake that i was unable to sit 24 hrs checking and making note of internet connectivity by #leavingallmyjob.
5th. once it was #escalated, your team did not have any #information on my#complaints. i had to tell the same story to at least 10-15 #agents and#supervisors. your team has more focus on time sense rather than responsibility. so they just save time #documenting nothing.
6th. it was me who was #suffering so i suggested for #changing #cable from my end and your team has no #practical knowledge that the #reason for frequent connection issue could be #fixed by changing the cable, which you could have done in the #1stday itself by installing #newcable for a #newconnection.
7th. the first month passed without changing cable. i was getting calls from your escalation team and astonishingly, they were having no information about what's happening. everybody seems to be so busy that they do not have time to read and understand practical problem of a #customer. so true, no one has time for others.
8th. finally, being #fadeup i called to #cancel my connection on#27thmay2016. till today, it's #horrific to know that, your team has #neither fixed the connectivity issue #nor cancelled my connection.

Someone can refer to these #tickets raised and refer to my complaints. i am sure these ticket numbers would have nothing, as no one has time to #document what is the #practicalissue.

Added to that, some names i would highlight as i will never forget them in terms of the service which i got.

Mr. sai kiran, claimed to be the floor supervisor, had no access to send me a mail. a customer calls to get help and even your supervisor is helpless to help. the over confidence of your supervisor was really impressive. claiming to be all in all of the floor having no option to even sending one email.
Mr. varun, who called today from[protected], has no records of my previous complaint. when asked for supervisor or manager he replied he is all in all. it's reallt shameful to have no information with the top management about anything and they are calling with the confidence of being all in all.

There are so many other names, which i don't remember. as a whole your customer support team itself is robotic. everyone is all in all to do nothing.

Finally, thank you for reading everything and i would be really grateful if you understand the practical issue here and i am documenting it in #facebook only because everyone has access to it. hope it works.
