Service account no:[protected], i made request of relocation in same area just 4-5 kms from existing house on nov 8th Through app they have given me acknowledgement with ticket no - sr[protected], Since than started since 10 days am daily requesting through mails to nodal officer of act that plz send the technician once they will call me and asked about new address and than that fellow will tell that is not my area so il forward it to concerned area people and than again after 2 days other person will call n ask me the same address same story that person will tell i don't understand since 10 days daily i wasted my time to get the relocation service plz customer service is pathetic they are not bothered about the old customers.
