Am very much dissapointed by your services
At first they told me that 24*7 helpline I didnot understand the meaning that that will help me after 24 hrs wen alrdy i hav had solved the issue by some way or other
Next the money load will take 10mins which took almost an hour
and again after all this the services are not yet started as that mam told me that all my services will get started on the very same day excpt the raailway one
They hav also received my documents by today
Am very much dissatsfd by ds thngs
is dre any process to get my 6500 rs back.. which I hav alrdy invested here and nt gttng a sngle service...
I regret for not taking this B2B portal from Birdres or Multilink..

IT IS ALMOST A WEEK AM NOT GETTING ANY OF MY SERVICES SEND THE MONEY 5500 REFILLED 1000 SEND ALL MY DOCUMENTS .
CUSTOMER SERVICE NOT EVEN RECEIVING CALLS NOT ANSWERING OR CALLING BACK.
JUST SAYING SERVER IS DOWN . MY BUSINESS IS NEW AM FACING LOSSES MY REPUTATION IS SPOILED .
I REGRET FOR TRUSTING ON BEAM AS IT IS THE OLDEST ONE B2B PORTAL.
I WILL TAKE A MAXIMUM PERIOD OF 15 DAYS AND HAVE DECIDED TO LODGE A POLICE COMPLAINT .
IF THE PROCESS TAKES TIME OR THERE IS ANY OTHER ISSUE THEY SHOULD ATLEAST FOLLOWUP THEIR CUSTOMERS OR SHALL RECEIVE THE CALLS ON CUSTOMER SERVICE...
NEVER EXPEXTED THIS FROM BEAM.

I send money by the bhim app from[protected] anoth 3800 rupees my A/c was cut 3800 rupees but the A/c in which the money was send was not

please update net banking option for balance update, because last 5 - 8 days its not on list... And please update credit card option ... Axis easy pay also not working ...
