Using ACT Broadband from past 1 year, now after shifting to a new address gave a request to shift the connection.
Customer care said will be done within 7 days.
On 8th day when I called they said I have to submit documents and they will check for Feasibility of the new address.
After 2 days again when I called they said its Feasible and I have to pay 500 for shifting charges. I agreed.
After 3 days there was a person who collected 500 Rs and said connection will be done in 2 days.
From then now even after 25 days they are still arranging for the connection.
There was 2 visits by wiring guy but he said there is no CX box nearby, hence he has to inform CX box team to follow up and went back.
After 2nd visit said the same thing that CX box team said there is a box and you go find it but he was again unable to find it and went back.
Service of ACT is hopeless and I want the shifting charges and This month's payment back which I had paid long back.
Really hopeless co-ordination between teams and customers have to suffer even after paying 800 monthly bill, 500 shifting charge and
the worst is calling to their landline service number which takes atleast 5 minutes to connect. Was this information helpful? |
