Delay in shifting connection

Cheating customer on FUP than actual

I have been an active customer since last 3 years and always loved the act broadband initially becoz on the daily usage you guys had the display on the account page so the customer will cross check about his daily consumption but offlate i dont see that and its been now taken off by the ACT people i dont know what made you do that? I am sure there are lot of descripency about my broadband usage and i keep a close watch about my downloads....

Improper connectivity

I got the status "Network Cable Unplugged" in my computer which clearly means there is a fiber cut/cable disjoint somewhere, due to which I am not able to access internet from the last 6 days.
