I had applied for ACT Fibernet - ACT Blaze 1049 for 6 Months + 1 month Free + Zero Installation to Rangaiah (9089) with CAF number 300500 with cheque payment of Rs 7175/- on 14th Oct 2015.
Cheque was cleared on 19th Oct 2015, if you calculate the working days it is more than 10 working days to provide a new broadband connection. However, I called your customer care on 30th Oct 2015 and received an request number [protected] and the representative informed it will be resolved within 24 working hours.
Again, I called on 3rd Nov 2015 and received a response that they will forward it to their back-end team. I informed the representative that I have waited for long time and I won't wait further. If the connection is not placed at my place by tomorrow i, e 4th Nov 2015, 10 AM IST.
I would lodge a consumer complaint against ATRIA CONVERGENCE TECHNOLOGIES PVT.LTD, Golden Heights, 59th 'C' Cross,

Then, make sure that I cancel the subscription and get the amount paid thru check with Interest. At 2:50 PM I received a message from ACT stating " Dear Customer, your Request [protected] will be attended by 15-Nov-2015 14:48. T&C apply, Team ACT, Helpline [protected] "
If this was the case then ACT should advertise stating " Once you apply for new connection it will take 1 month to complete the process " instead of 10 working days.
I'm hereby providing you an opportunity to resolve this issue ASAP.
Called up[protected] which is Nodal Officer number and spoke with Mr Manjunath and he requested 1 days time to check and get back to me. No update until I connected them.

Dialed[protected] which is Nodal Officer number and spoke with Mr Praveen, and he said we require a 1 week time before you (Santhosh) can lodge a complaint in Consumer Court. I agreed and gave him time till 10th Nov 2015 as I had initially lodged the complaint with Nodal Officer on 3rd Nov 2015. Also, informed that in 60 meters distance from my residence they have provided a connections to entire Apratment when there was no Fibre cable layed in our location. Now they say as there is no connectivity it will take some time for it. This shows that they are not interested in Single User conncetion they want only Bulk Connections.

Dialed[protected] spoke with Mr Manjunath and he offered refund of the amount which I had paid towards " ATRIA CONVERGENCE TECHNOLOGIES PVT.LTD " since, it will take long time to provide connection. However, they will keep the account active. Once the connection is available at my place they will contact me and provide me a connection. I informed him that on your Sales Agent words cancelled my BSNL Broadband, now I'm I don't Internet connection at my house. After, stating this Mr Manjunath asked time until Monday to check with the Site Engg. I have agreed for that as well.
