[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — Shifting Charges Imposed | |||
I am having an ACT Fibernet connection, in the previous place I stayed I paid the connection charges and cable charges. Now I have relocated to new place and they have imposed a new reconnection charge of ₹650. Where I already paid for the cable and connection at the first. Moreover the previous place the owner has taken the service and he is using that cable which I paid for. I want waiver in the ₹650 rupees imposed which is unethical for ACT Fibernet to charge when I am being a customer. Was this information helpful? | |||
