[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — shifting charges on an act fibernet connection | |
Hi am ACT Fibernet consumer and been using this connection for past 23months my user id is[protected]. Recently i had a situation to shift to new place which is barely few streets away. So i raised a ticket on Customer care for shifting purpose and there were least response on the first hand and next very shocking fact is that the shifting amount they charge(600 rupee) on the customer is really very high. i have already taken the basic plan of 799 which i thought will be economical and affordable for and in any unavoidable circumstances is bearable, but the amount for shifting by itself is very high when compared to my monthly due am paying. Kindly reason out why do you charge such large amount on the customers and why on other hand when i have the modem in hand and when you just need to get me the connection alone on that locality and we pay monthly bill around that is bearable for us . keeping such extra pay load on us, i don't think it is appropriate. If you really think that this amount is fair enough for the customers i expect a proper validation thanks Was this information helpful? | |

Still it is the same issue. Why the issue is marked as resolved?
Recently I had to shift to a new place which is barely a few streets away. So, I raised a ticket on Customer care for shifting purposes and there was least response on the first hand and the next very shocking fact is that the shifting amount they charge (600 rupee) on the customer is really very high. For the past one week I haven't had my ACT FiberNet working ticket raised in the portal. I am trying to reach customer care numbers very hard to reach them if at all reached no proper ETA being given after making more then 10 calls to the CC and the best part is they disconnect the call if they don't have any proper answer and when I asked them to transfer the call to their superior. Till date none from ACT called us and gave a proper issue and ETA for it. Highly unprofessional and unreliable.
