ACT Fibernet — Shifting connection not being resolved from 01/09/14

Hi, I have given shifting request on 1st september 2014. Always customer care guys says that they will address in 48 hrs (or) 24 hrs. But, No one called to my registered mobile number. Today, I need to go to Beam telecom office in madinaguda(Hyderabad) to enquire about it. This is really disgusting. Still this issue is unresolved.
