[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — shifting of connection delaying for last 7 days | |||
We have requested to shift our connection to our new place as we have shifted and already having the wifi. Router. Its just a matter of shifting the connection but the customer care service is so poor, actually worst that they are telling the same things everyday like"it will be done by evening today". I really don't know when that evening will come for them. These people really doesn't understand the value of time neither having any work culture, literally terrible. Escalation has been done thrice still there is no progress! If you could please respond to this and shift this connection as soon as possible and i mean it should be today!!!
