[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — Shifting request not being addressed

It has been 5 days i made a request to shift my connection. Still it is not addressed and It is impacting my work highly. Also no compensation during this down time, i still have to pay full amount as per them. If I dont pay the bill for 1day i dont get internet, but they can have enough downtime to serve existing customers
