[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — Shifting requested on feb 1'st to a, new address still not done.

My name is shamseer with UID:11412529. You may read the details regarding my issue in the below link which i posted in comsumercomplaint forum on 29th april.
http://www.consumercomplaints.in/beam-telecom-act-act-fibrenet-chennai-c1276117: On making numerous calls, the executive came and collected the documents on 30th may. Post that, i got two sms stating your account is activated and ebill generated. Below is the screen shot attached. Worst support i ever faced. Lost hope and planning to switch over to some other provider.
