[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — Since from 11th Nov 2014 the Internet is not working. | |||
Hi, My Beam Account NO. 751595 & Ticket No 14707514, Since 11th Nov 2014 the net is not working at Home. We have raised complaint with customer care since from 11th Nov everyday minimum 4 to 5 calls. No one says the correct issue and assures us that today we will send our service person to check. But end of the day no one turns up, again we call to customer care asking to rectify. We spoke to all the higher ups no use, at last during yesterday call to customer care, they mentioned the issue stating they need to fix the junction box, if your accepting to fix this box in my house the Internet will work for my connection and other 7 connections too. This is really nonsense, 5 days never said what was the problem and requesting to fix the junction box in my house. When we did not allow to fix the junction box, no response and confirm to call back. Till dated no one still attended the complaint and customer service is giving the reason. Kindly let the service person visit and fix the problem today. Was this information helpful? | |||
