[Resolved]  ACT Fibernet — slow internet connectivity issue

Hi team,

Seeing this forum's assistance, since my concern with act fibernet, was not getting addressed properly or response or resolution or my refund.

I opted for internet connection via act fibernet website, mr dinesh (Dineshakumar. [protected]@roi. Actcorp.in) contacted back and provided very good sale services process of following up and provided the connection... On july 3rd around 18:00 hours

After the connection services got completed, the plan what i opted was not consistent and keeps on degrading with speed and its not constant speed too as low as 18mbps to 130mbps... I contacted mr. Dinesh to address this issue, for which he suggested to log ticket via phone support or chat

I contacted phone keeps call getting disconnected after waiting for so long..in the queue... No call back too...
So contacted and logged ticket via chat...

Every time the ticket is closed without resolution, most importantly without users confirmation... Additional problem for the sake of calling from fibernet they call from the number - [protected], by providing missed call or blank call or just say 2 or 3 words and disconnect it... To show the accountability that they called the user... As the user we cannot reach them via re-dialing that number too.

First ticket - sr[protected] - logged this ticket for slow internet speed on july 14th
Problem identified - packet drop on default router's gateway itself
Resolution provided - without confirming the issue status, ticket got closed - worst customer support

Second ticket - sr[protected] - logged this ticket for slow internet speed (Same original issue, which was not resolved) on july 17th
Problem identified - packet drop on default router's gateway itself
Resolution provided - your engineers, told they will close the ticket, then only they can 'replace the router tplink c5 model, with dplink model'

Note: even with dplink router dir825 model - i noticed 'packet drop', hence i have upgraded firmware from version 2 series to 3 series... Now the packet drop got fixed, but the slow internet issue continues...

Third ticket - sr[protected] - logged this ticket for slow internet speed (Same original issue, which was not resolved) on july 25th
Resolution provided - without confirming the issue status, ticket got closed - worst customer support

Wrote multiple emails to the following email ids, but wasn't got resolved
