[Resolved]  ACT Fibernet — Slow Net issues since the last 6 months.

I have been using ACT fiber net for the last 3 years and have been having issues since the beginning.
The net is extremely slow and sometimes the router just switches off and needs to be restarted manually. The wifi doesn't work when the person is in the same room as the router, leave alone the rest of the house. If more than 3 devices connect to the net, it's extremely slow and doesn't work sometimes.
I have complained numerous times and still, this problem has not been resolved. There is no sense of responsibility as to the customer's needs. I would like you to look up into this matter at the earliest.
