[Resolved]  ACT Fibernet — Speed is supposed to 10 Mbps and I am not getting max 4 to 5 Mbps and I am well within the usage limit

HI,

I have paid for 6 months and per my package which is 650, I am supposed to get 10Mbps thats what my package says and I have not crossed the limit of 50Gb yet, still my internet speed is 3 to 4Mbps on an average.My account id[protected] and username is swapna.[protected]@gmail.com.I have complained on ACT finbernet site already.. but no body called.. no email.. no response on the complaint so far.

Hope you guys get this issue resolved.
