[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — Speed issue | |||
Act assured speed of 25mbps. But for the last 2-3 months iam getting the speed anywhere between 10mbps to 15mbps. Also once i cross the fup limit the speed is 1mbps. But even then for 1mbps speed, when i conducted multiple times speed test the results were between 0.01mbps to 0.5mbps. Also they depute a service person who doesnt even know how to solve the problem and doesnt even understand what we say regarding issues. Was this information helpful? | |||
