I have raised a ticket in March: SR[protected] that I have paid for 6 month subscription but the internet connection was deactivated claiming to be non payment and there is no update till now.
Now that I am requesting you to place a termination request for the account:[protected]. I do not have any source to place the request either in website and I lost trust in mail Id as there is no response.

I raised an issue with ACT customer care using the contact number and also email sent to Helpdesk. I wanted to disconnect the existing service so that I do not get billed for another month. But no one is responding to my request.
