I have requested new connection of act fiber net on 14th may, I have made the payment for 12 months in advance. they have done the installation on the same day that's superb. After that my struggle start.after two hours my net goes of i thought some technical issue.it resolved by morning next day but not yet then i have raised the ticket, number SR[protected], Till Issue was not resolved even my calls to customer care.
I am so disappointed with the act service. I want cancel the connection and please refund my money back .
