Network not working properly...Every month 10 days my internet not working..The coustmer care members talking roughly...They did not respond proper way

    Okay, So I requested for a connection on 30th April and then cancelled it in few days and requested the support too and I paid Rs. 1884 as prepayment. I tried reaching out to them and they said the number is not registered but they do have received the payment and the number needs to be registered and then they can initiate refund and the billing team will readh back to me in next 2 days. Now it's 12th and I have written them 10-12 mails and called them 10 times for my refund and all they can do is just postpone and doge me. One of the worst customer service and freeloaders are in ACT, I have been so frustrated that they cannot even refund me my money for the service which I did not take.

        It has been 5 days i made a request to shift my connection. Still it is not addressed and It is impacting my work highly. Also no compensation during this down time, i still have to pay full amount as per them. If I dont pay the bill for 1day i dont get internet, but they can have enough downtime to serve existing customers

          My connection has a problem for last 3 weeks. Every night my Internet disconnects only on the LAN but WiFi works.
          I have raised several complaints and finally ACT engineer confirmed that the modem is faulty and it needs to be replaced..
          I have raised several requests since then and yet the modem is not replaced and every request of mine gets automatically closed by ACT without fixing the issue or confirming with me..
          I still have warranty on my modem and they're just delaying the issue until my warranty is over.

          THEY CALL BACK AND TAKE REQUEST EVERYDAY BUT ARE NOT FIXING MY ISSUE.

          THE FIELD ENGINEER SAYS I HAVE TO RECEIVE A REQUEST FROM THE BACKEND TEAM. AND THE BACKEND TEAM SAYS I HAVE TO RECEIVE A REQUEST FROM FIELD ENGINEER AND NOBODY IS READY TO TALK TO EACH OTHER AND FIX MY ISSUE !!!

            Hi,

            I had paid 3887 towards my broadband connection with prospectus number[protected]. I was assured installation will be done same day. I made payment through the link sent by the sales person.

            Post that i called multiple times but till date no response from your side. Following your ignoring attitude i raised a cancellation request with request number, SR[protected] which was supposed to be addressed by today but again no call / email.

            If the connection speed was good enough then there would have been 10- 15 new connection in the building but now I don't think I would recommend you to anyone.

            I want my refund within the next 24 hours.

              Every night at exactly 12.57 am my Internet disconnects automatically and it doesn't work till next afternoon.
              And next day afternoon I get a call from ACT engineer and they close my ticket without resolving the issue as soon as they hear that the Internet is working now (afternoon)
              Even when I explain them the problem they just don't care and disconnect the call...
              This has been going on for two weeks now. Will someone fix this issue or not?

                I have been having repeated ACT broadband connectivity issues at macha bolarum, Hyderabad happening almost every month. The worst part is it is extremely tough to reach their customer care number and after all the efforts once we get connected, the concerned person will not provide any solution and just beat around the bush stating " we will try our best and we cannot give you a confirmation on when the problem will be resolved". To top it one of the girl to whom I spoke after repeated lamentation said she will connect to some higher authority and abruptly cut the call. Also she did not arrange any call back. They claim they will sort the issue in 24 hrs, but it never happens. Also they do not have any connect with the field workers is what the call centre person mentioned during one of my calls. Their escalation hierarchy is totally disconnected and clueless.

                  My house property is being damaged by ACT Fibrenet. I am following them to remove their Internet Boxes(Multiple Internet Boxes and Cables tied to our house. No response from them for ** days. Attaching the images for your reference.

                    ACT is making a fool out o[censored]s. It is miserable.

                    We have been asking to fix an internet issue for more than 2 days.

                    Our work is pending and this happened at the end of the month.

                    They keep postponing unprofessionally.

                    This is very disappointing and annoying. We are planning to switch to another service if this dosent get better. Anyone who is a working professional should not rely on their customer service. Its miserable and they empathise with us for nothing. No action taken.. very very poor customer service.

                      I had raised a request for shifting my connection on 25 th April till now it was not resolved. I had already paid the bill for 6 months. I had raised the request in Twitter Instagram and it's customer support also but still it was not fixed. This is the worst service that I had seen

                        Today I called the ACT customer care to cancel my plan and I came to know that I won't be getting the refund of my security amount, so I asked the executive for the terms and conditions to refer the policies regarding the issue then the executive didn't answer me anything there was dead silence from his end. I didn't even got the message that my ticket has been registered or my issue has been raised. I mailed the help desk to escalate the issue and I haven't got the reply yet.
                        I want my connection to be cancelled and also want the refund of the security amount.

                          I had applied for a new broadband connection with ACT and their technicians never showed up to connect the internet. After multiple followups, I cancelled the subscription and asked for a refund, they said they will process the refund within 48Hrs and yet no update. Their Customer Care say the same thing again with regards to the refund, that it will be processed soon. This is very unprofessional and reeks of fraud. Any representative of ACT please get this refunded as soon as possible, as such big charges are no joke for you to take it lightly.

                          Yes, same is happening with me too and I am so frustrated that these cheaters and fraud company are just dogging me constantly. Please let me know if your issue eas resolved or should I give up that I have been scammed?

                            Hello ACT, I have subscribed for a new connection at my home in Bangalore, your representative came once to inspect and got all my documents, and gave me a link to make payment, it’s been more than 2 days now, the ACT fellow that came to my home isn’t picking my calls, I only received few emails and sms that asked me to consent engineers to visit my home, Engineers didn’t come I didn’t receive Internet connection and my money is gone, please solve this issue, my ACT ID is[protected], please look into It

                              Constant Packet Loss of 2-10 during gaming.

                              Raised the issue on their app, but still did not receive any fix for it.

                                I received a call from CUSTOMER care of Act broadband at 3.44 p.m on 27th April 2022 as I had raised w complaint my Internet was not working..
                                Their executive called me to enquire and when after a couple of questions he asked me something that I couldn't understand. And when I asked him to repeat it, he called *###" and when I questioned, he just disconnected the call.
                                His name was Parth.

                                I then called back the customer care to raise a complaint.. And an executive by the name Jyothi C promised I will receive a call within 4 hours and if I do not receive then she may be held liable... And I haven't received the call, its been 5 hours now...

                                  I have requested a new ACT connection in Devanahalli house of Hiranandani on 12th April. Customer care told us it will be installed in 48 hours. Till 26th April 2022, no progress even after i have paid 3 months payment (INR 4195) in advance. 2 times complained to the customer care and they keep on shifting the date first, thereafter closed the ticket (Ticket number is SR[protected]) without installing the internet. I am requesting to install the internet as soon as possible as I am working from home.

                                    I am using ACT fiber net since 13/9/21. I got disconnected from its services on 3/4/22 due to the Junction box removal request from an leaving customer. As there will be no internet until Someone accept to keep the box, I moved to another internet provider. I made a call to customer care regarding disconnection.they raised a ticket and closed. But they are regularly making calls and messages to pay the bill and saying my connection is still active. I raised this issue 3 to 4 times with customer care. They simply raise a ticket and close it without Letting me know the status of my complaint.
                                    I am very dissatisfied with the issue resolving.

                                    After raising complaint here I received a call from act fiber net in two days.they said they gonna look into the issue and it solved in 10 days or so. I am not receiving any mails, messages or calls from them.I hope it is solved now.

                                      The customer service of ACT is worst and poor. I have raised a complaint yesterday stating “Internet not working” and the resolution has not yet been provided. This has severely affected my deadlines as I am working from home. I am now planning to disconnect my ACT connection and change it to a different subscriber. Literally disappointed and fed up raising complaints every now and then.
