[Resolved]  ACT Fibernet — took power connection for their modem but not paying money to me

Hi this is bhupesh from hyderabad.
There are multiple complaints.
1. Act broadband using power connection for their module from my flat. But not providing subsidy amount
2. They are not providing prior intimation while renewing my connection and connection expire date.
3. Not given option to select different plan other than existing plan while renewal.

I am requesting you please take action against on act broadband, help to resolve issues as early as possible.
