[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — Transfer of account from my Dad to My Name | |||||
I went to the banjarahills ACT office behind GVK to get the TFR of ACT account from my Dad's name to My name (Same address).I met this executive Nagaraj, who filled the application and have charged me Rs.4k+ for upgrading the plan and has promised that the existing account and the credit will get TFR in 24 hrs.Its been 2 weeks now, when i call Nagaraj he never picks up the phone.I have called[protected] and have spoken to Customer services for 2 times in last 5 days, they have promised it will be resolved in 24 hrs both the time and 5 days have passed. Pathetic customer service and staff.Even after paying for 6 months in advance, i have to face this issue, its costing me time and money.I would see for few more days, if not sorted i need my full refund back and would get a different connection for another provider.
