[Resolved]  ACT Fibernet — Transfer of Service to new address - Not happened yet

Address:Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh

I have requested transfer of service from Gachibowli to Abids. Someone came and collected the documents and transfter charges and promised that it will happen in 48 hrs on 08-July-2014. After that there is no communication from Beam. If I call, I get the canned response that the issue will be resolved in 24 hours. I even talked with one "Floor Manager". She put me on hold for 20 mins and disconnected the call. They have created 4-5 high priority tickets and no one has addressed it so far.Here is one such Service Ticket : 12997472.
