[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — unable to close act account | |
Hi team, Account number: 11265869 I have been continuously complaining about shifting my location and then finally getting frustrated to get the account closed. But there is no option to get anything done. I am receiving no reply on emails. Calls are not even going through! I keep waiting on calls for more than half an hour and no associate gets assigned.
