Full description:
Since last 3 days, i've been trying to get some support from act-corp regarding my internet connectivity issue.
I've made several calls to customer care and created 2 tickets.
No solution till now.
Tickets were closed without any resolution to the issue. So now there's no chance to try that again.
Desirable solution:
