I bought a connection from ACT, with 3 months as it was mentioned that any time customer can move to safe custody and reconnect in a jify,
1. I decided to place it in safe custody in November.
2. But in December my connection was physically disconnected. On 19th December I placed a reconnection request via the app. But no reconnection was done till December 28th. So I decided to permanently disconnect it. I need to share this as a complaint to TRAI so that ACT doesn't promise reconnection in a jiffy and miss-sell their products. Please share the complaint number so that I can report this to TRAI else will share the ticket number from App as a complaint to TRAI to stop this misselling.
3. Secondly, Even after disconnection, i was charged on Jan 1st.
4. Thirdly, Even after creating a refund request, no refund has been made. Need to share all 3 complaints to TRAI. If no response is received for this complaint in a month, will any way report to TRAI and will send Legal notice. Was this information helpful? |
