[Resolved]  ACT Fibernet — Unethical charging

I wrote the below email on 13-Jan to ACT customer care team, nodal officers, appellate authority but no action taken. Today, my account has been suspended for no reasons. I raised multiple tickets and send lot many escalation emails (attached snapshots) to the team but none responded to address the issue but deactivated my account. Today, I tried going to Act branch directly to talk to HR but their office was completely closed. I need my account to be reactivated immediately.

Please be noted that I paid 14000 Rs for yearly plan on October'22 and today my account got deactivated. Isnt it form of looting where you get the money in advance and not providing the agreed service .

I am highly disappointed with your customer service team for not being transparent. I subscribed to ACT Blast promo 12M+3M plan in Oct'22 and I was using it happily for last 3 months. Today (13/Jan-2023), I got a notification about Act+Netflix offer, hence I contacted your team to enquire about Act+Netflix.
I was informed that I could avail this Netflix service only for 12 months and I said Ok only for Netflix and not for my Internet plan.
It looks like my Internet plan was completely changed to 12 month to ACT Blast streaming. To add fuel to the fire, my account was charged around 3000 Rupees as due amount. I reached back to your Customer team about this issue in 5 minutes and I asked your team to change it back to same old plan ACT Blast promo 12M+3M plan. Your customer care team changed it and informed that my due amount 3000 Rs will remain same. It is ridiculous to see you are charging a loyal long term customer unethically. I raised a ticket on this and I do not want to see any due amount in my account and I need same 15 months as my original plan.
