ACT Fibernet — Unstable Connection | |||
I have taken an ACT fibernet connection and right from day 1, I am having Port Problem (as reported by the engineer). The port in which my ACT fibernet is connected seems to be not a stable port and every time somebody is having a problem in the same junction box, some engineer comes and does some thing that my ACT fibernet stops working..this has happened 4 to 5 times and every time it takes two days to bring up the connection. While bringing up my connection, i suspect some other person's connection would be disconnected. There is no permanent solution provided for this. Was this information helpful? | |||

I've been facing the same issue as well. I've had to call ACT customer care to raise a complaint at least once every month and it is usually a couple of days after paying the bill. Whenever I call them they say a "competitor" has cut the cable. I've been using ACT since 2013 and after a few months o[censored]sing their services this problem started occurring. Moreover, they send at least 2 messages a day from the time the bill is generated to remind me of the payment due. That's not all they call me at least 10 days before the due date to remind me again. They think their customer's can't read. They send enough messages so it doesn't make sense calling days before the due date. There are days when I don't get the speed I've paid for and that stretches for weeks. I mean what's the point of saying experience "HIGH SPEED INTERNET" when it doesn't work half the time. ACT really needs to get their "ACT" together. You're going to lose customers at this rate.
