I am writing to file a formal complaint against ACT Fibernet regarding my pending service request (SR[protected]) for the shifting of my connection (Account No.[protected].
This issue has been ongoing for over a week, and despite multiple follow-ups, the service has still not been provided as promised. I was assured by ACT that my issue would be resolved by 13th May 2025, but no technician has visited or communicated with me. The assigned technician, Mr. Nagaraju, was scheduled to visit yesterday morning, but once again, there has been no communication from ACT.
Additionally, I have made more than 10 calls to ACT customer care, and each time, I was provided with different reasons for the delay. On multiple occasions, I was told that incorrect information had been given to me by their team, further exacerbating the confusion. Eventually, customer care even suggested that I consider switching to another internet service provider, as if this ongoing issue was not worth their attention.
Moreover, I had specifically informed ACT about my office meetings and commitments that I had to reschedule to accommodate their technician's visit. Despite this, their repeated false assurances and lack of follow-through have disrupted my professional time and caused unnecessary inconvenience.
This ongoing issue and lack of proper customer support are completely unacceptable. I request your intervention to hold ACT Fibernet accountable for their failure to meet commitments, their poor customer service, and the disruption caused to my personal and professional life.
