ACT Fibernet — Very bad customer support

I have referred my Friend with Reference Id :60960, He Got connection its been 21 days still i didn't receive any movie tickets, i called them several times and the answer which i get every time is you are gonna receive a call from our operator and u will have tickets with in 24 hours but i didn't receive any tickets, i called them 6 times after my friend got connection, i got the same reply but i didn't receive tickets previously i faced the same problem with act on different issue and it took us days and many calls to solve it, if customer support is to just listen to customer and not act on it what is the use for customers to call to customer care ?
