ACT Fibernet — very frequent disruption of services | |||||
I have been a customer of ACT Fibernet for almost 2 years now with customer ID[protected]. In the last one month period, I have experienced service disruption for 6 times. And every time, the ACT team has taken around 24 to 48 hours to resolve the issue. I have spoken to customer service to have a permanent resolution for no vial and I have e-mailed their respective nodal officer and as well the appellate authority and no one responded to me on this matter.
