[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — very very poor after sale service | |||
Account number:[protected] 1st service request: 09/11/2018 Requested for shifting of connection. Service request no: sr[protected] Service person never visited. I have logged request many times but never attended by any act person. While taking connection they provided in 1 day and i have paid 5600 rupees for once time payment for 8 months and now they are not attending my request. I am harassed and lost almost 10days money by not using internet. I have contacted the person who came for selling and he asked his engineer to work against the request number. But the service person is saying already visited and connection is ok. Whereas the reality is no one visited even. Act is making fool to his customers. Requesting in this forum to give the justice. My login has also been blocked by ACT team, thus i cannot even raise complaint against using the ACT helpline
