ACT Broadband — Refferel claim not received
I have reffered 2 neighbours and claimning the same I have reffered on same date of activation and mentioned in that refferal as well. When i contacted Act they are giving some other date which is really frustrutating.Beam Fiber — Complaint is not processed even after 4days
Hi Given request for address change on may 29th.4 days completed till now I did not any call back or resolution for this. They said with in 48 hours they are going to resolve this issue. I am loosing everyday as I am working from home. Dear karthik_b_m,

ACT Broadband — No proper connection
We had internet just 7-8 days in June. Rest of the time it was disconnected!! Disgusting !!! CUstom care people are just careless...ID : 11212793
