I have raised the subjected issue today (15/04/2021) morning, SR has been raised and I got ticket confirmation. After that no response till 12 o clk. So I called Act Customer Service, they said this is port connectivity issue, Service Engineer Raj will come to my premises and resolve it at 3 pm. I have waited till 3, but no response again. So I called them again, they said that port has been connected and issue resolved. I just shocked. I didn't get any response about ticket closure. I tried connecting internet, but still not working. I said that customer service executive that I still couldn't connect internet, he said me to do some troubleshoot activity, but still no use. Then he said that we will raise this issue in high priority. Then I have waited till 4 o clk, still no response from them, so I checked act FAQ page and I got some Level 3 person mail id (abhishek.[protected]@actcorp.in), I mailed them, he also didn't respond my mail till 5 o clk. So I called them again, they said the same troubleshoot activity to do, I declined and I asked them when it will resolve, he said within 2 hours. Im waiting still.
I am doing Work from home as Software Engineer. It made my day too bad and I got frustrated. Many escalation I got from my org.. This is very bad..
Act Internet is very good in my area. But this is not enough, service also should be good. But act service is very very very poor. No response from anyone either by mail or text even. Was this information helpful? |
